Shipping policy

We ship Monday-Friday. Order processing takes 1-2 business days excluding holidays where mail services are not available. All packages are send via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL estimate delivery time 3-7 days. Keep in mind this is just an estimate any USPS delays apply. Priority service upgrade available at checkout (1-2 business processing time applies)

Before placing your order with OvertimeGlitter please double check your mailing address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect mailing addresses. If your package is returned to sender we can reship your order but you are responsible for covering the shipping cost. If you do not want your order reship you will  automatically get a refund (15% restocking fee applies) Thank you for your understanding. 

If a package shows as Delivered in the tracking information your order is completed and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they reach their destination. Please contact your local USPS office to report any irregularities.
